Justin came out within 2 hours of me calling. Checked on availability of the part I needed and said it was in stock. He said it would return the next day to replace the new board and repair the ductwork that had been damaged by critters. He called the next day to be sure I was home because he was coming to complete the work. He completed everything in a friendly and professional manner.

I had a Whirlpool washer that stopped working. I called Pioneer Appliances Repair and they were prompt and showed up with in the hour they said keeping me informed by Phone when coming to the house.
The best part: the service call change was far below others. The cost of the replacement part significantly lower.
