We're both happy we were able to get in and try this eye care facility out. We had previously went to another facility and it was just ridiculous with wait time in the lobby and then to sit and wait to see the doctor (around 3 hours).“

“I have been looking for an eye doctor in Ocala since 2019; this is the first office that I didn't make me wait at least half an hour after my scheduled time (and I *always* get to doctor appointments at least 10 minutes early). This is the first office that asked me about my symptoms. This is the first office that listened to my answers. I was given options when possible, and I highly recommend the pictures instead of the traditional dilation - because he then showed me the pictures of my retina and explained what he was seeing. He now also has a record in case changes occur. Fabulous experience. I wish I could give him more stars.“

“Hi these people are fantastic. So very helpful when we originally purchased glasses. Then they helped us this weekend when my husband's glasses frame broke. He can't function without glasses. They had the frame and put his lens in for him on Saturday and like magic he can see again. Great service professional and caring staff.“

“If you want a PROFESSIONAL optometrist, schedule an appointment with Dr. Anderson. It was obvious to me, from my first appointment, that Dr. Anderson is skilled and experienced. He explains everything patiently and thoroughly. I also found him quite personable. Each staff member, from scheduling, intake, and eye technicians to the doctor - treat you with the very best care. Don't let the negative reviews sway you. Dr. Anderson knows what he is doing and he is really good (great) at it. Be respectful and thankful that he offers his service to our community.“

“My optometrist found an issue with my vision and sent me to an opthamaligist and had a procedure that fixed the problem. Then my glasses were ordered. I'm pleased with my care.

“Dr. McNair performed my cataract surgery. I had a previous vitrectomy surgery on that eye, and he did a great job of helping me see better again. When speaking with the surgical center, she said that I was in great hands with Dr. McNair. That was comforting to hear.
I have not experienced unexceptable wait times. It does take time, if having dilation, etc., so plan accordingly. It is a busy office.
Everyone there has been professional and kind.“
