This place is phenomenal. There was a confusion with my order and the representative on the phone explained what has been happening and helped me immediately to get the order placed and ensured me they would get the flowers sent to my mother on her birthday to "put a smile on her face." I will always use Oclala Flower Shop in the future!

I placed a first time order for a flower arrangement for my friend’s Birthday. It was ready in just 3 hours and looked exactly like the picture of it on their website including the vase that was in the picture. The flowers all looked very fresh and smelled amazing. My friend was very pleased with the flowers and I will certainly shop at this store again in the future.
