Massey Services Pest Control

We have had Massey services for years, and the service technicians have been so friendly and available to answer any questions we may have asked. And they have always been so reliable in that they come here at our scheduled time where we don’t have to call them to find out when they will arrive to service our property. Our property has been “bug” free as well as the interior of our home. Of course, once in awhile we’ll find a bug or a spider that has made its way into the house, but most always is dying. Just purchased a house and needed termite protection and lawn care. Checked out a few places before deciding on Massey. Jim Livingston came out and scheduled putting in termite bait stations. Then looked at our irrigation system. It was a mess! However, Jim worked on it all day fixing the broken pipes, putting in and replacing broken heads and installed a timer for everything. He is outstanding when it comes to customer service and he is a really nice guy. It may have been a bit expensive, but it's nice to get what you pay for. I recently moved and my irrigation system was not working. I called Massey Services of Ocala. Jim Livingston was my technician. Can’t praise this gentleman enough. He was very efficient, knowledgeable, and so kind. He explained what I needed, what he was doing and showed me all about the controls. He even returned my call immediately and came back later to answer my concerns. He then checked my yard for the reason my grass was dying and now I’m a happy new home owner. Great man and technician.
