One of the nicest and most thorough urgent cares I have ever been to. The doctor and all support staff were kind and caring. They did everything in their power to get me back to 100 percent. I will never go anywhere else again.
This office double billed me. I was charged the full copay amount during my visit as well as my insurance was charged the full amount and paid. I am due a refund and finally was able to speak to the office manager today. My insurance did not update the billing system they use. He is working on resolving the issue.
I have been going here for a couple years now and I have never been treated better anywhere. They have an outstanding staff and no appointment is necessary. Update. Here it is years later and I still have the same opinion. Great walk in place, outstanding staff and very convenient.
