I had my wisdom tooth pulled at Jackson & Joyce Family Dentistry and the experience was fantastic! Dr. Mary Beth Norman and her dental assistant Evelyn were so friendly and made me feel completely at ease. Dr. Norman talked me through everything as she worked, which really helped, and I was shocked at how painless the whole process was. They turned something I was nervous about into a really positive experience. Highly recommend!
I went on a VA referral - my initial visit and X-rays were scheduled. When I was getting my X-rays they asked if I could stay for a cleaning since they had an appointment available. Additionally, they prepped my tooth and placed a temporary crown, thus saving me almost 100 miles for 2 additional round trips. Finally, they scheduled me for placement of the permanent crown on the same day as prep work for the second crown (I need 3). Everyone was very kind and professional.
Great staff always extremely kind and go above and beyond to ensure every procedure is done correctly. Their uplifting atmosphere makes you feel like you’re more then just a patient.
