Jacob at Verteks was awesome in his diligence to locate a 3rd party vendor that would sell us the required Google Education Enterprise licenses needed for the College Board's BlueBook App to work on our school-issued chromebooks. William from Verteks spent the entire day before the testing assisting with the set up and deployment of the Bluebook app on all of our chromebooks. “I was pretty sure the fan was going on my laptop - I brought it in and Paul confirmed that was the case.

I dropped it off on a Friday and left for vacation I was hoping it would be done by the time I got back. 2 or 3 business days later he called that it was done and found some sort of oil on the computer that a previous tech must have sprayed on it. They replaced the fan, cleaned the oil and worked with me to pick up the laptop when I got back in town on Friday a little after their closing time of 5:00 pm.

The service was fast, the price very reasonable and I would definitely use them again. I highly recommend them.“
