YOGA........The Iyengar yoga classes offered at Hands of Grace are just a game changer for me and I suspect for all of Maureen's students. If you are a beginner or want to return to yoga but do not know where to start give these classes a try. Maureen is so attentive to her students and so knowlegeable not only with her Iyengar training but she can add the massage therapist knowledge to the class. Just a brilliant combination that is so helpful.
I have been going to Maureen and Karen for over ten years. I never leave feeling any less than utterly cared for and so relaxed. When I buy a massage certificate, it’s only from here.
Best massage ever! Sarah was amazing. She customized the massage to my painful/discomfortable areas and didn't miss a spot. She was very in tune with every muscle, asked for consent when making contact and adjustments, checked in with me on pressure levels. Found spots I didn't even know needed attention too ? 10/10 recommend Sarah for your next massage you will not get the cookie cutter basic routine most places do on everyone. She makes sure to listen to her clients needs. Left me on cloud 9
