We called Foundation Services after noticing an area in our kitchen which we wanted to rule out sinkhole activity. The contractor (Justin) who came to inspect our home was knowlegable, friendly, reassuring, and did not try to talk me into any repairs that were not needed. If we need foundation repairs in the future, I would not hesitate to call.

An estimate for driveway repair was scheduled with Robert Smeyne. He was exceptional, sending appointment reminders and calling to confirm the appointment. Although the company did not perform the type of service I needed now, Robert was a pleasure to deal with.

Highly Professional & Honest! Booked him for an Estimate of our home where we thought foundation was an issue due to sagging (newly installed) floors. He did a thorough inspection & took the time to explain it had nothing to do with the foundation, it was the way that type of home was built since it was older. Didn't charge us or try to rip us off. Will def. recommend & use again!
