We had an excellent experience with Family Traditions remodeling our kitchen, which we purchased through Home Depot. The workers were pleasant and professional and responsive to our questions and requests. The work progressed relatively quickly for a kitchen renovation. We had an issue with one phase of the installation, and Kim, the manager, responded quickly and decisively. The work was quickly demolished and redone at no cost and minimal inconvenience to us. In our experience, workers can make mistakes, but the willingness of this company to take responsibility and stand behind their work are noteworthy. When people enter our kitchen, they are amazed.
Home Depot sent two guys from Family Traditions over to fix something another one of their contractors messed up. They were friendly, polite, and efficient. They fixed, in about 10 minutes, what the last guys tried to fix for over an hour.Anyway - I would recommend them based on my own experience
After the hurricane I was left with no wall in my master bedroom. Family Traditions came to my home and made it look like new again. Jeremy did such great work, you can't even tell it was damaged. Thank you so much for all of your hard work.
