just came in to replace smeared Lens on my recently purchased Glasses this place is the worst. parking is so stressful and when you get in you sit for Hours. they notified me my Glasses were ready for pickup they just had a Mirror to see how they look,I put them on and yes they were the Frames I gave them to replace the Lens so I went home with them then tried to read the Mail and I could not see,called them and girl told me oh they gave you distance Lenses and you only get close up reading Glasses so come back,leave Glasses again then come back to get the correct onesmy husband is 82 and we had a big fight because of the stress of going back to this terrible place again. worst place and after I get what I paid for we will never go back there again. I went in store to order my glasses and they were very busy during the afternoon. I took a card and made an appointment for the next opening. Went to my appointment and the people inside the store were very polite and seemed to be interested in helping me. After i received my EOB from my insurance the paperwork did not match and called the store. After this is when they were rude on the phone, admitted they did not know what a EOB was and did not acknowledge receiving $399.00 from and insurance. They did not have a clue. Office people said that is the way it was. I find it extremely difficult to work with employees who dont acknowledge insurance payments and then take the attitude of not working with the client and just repeating the same thing over and over. If the customer didnt understand it the first 3 times why keep repeating it over and over then cope an attitude. I will not be back and advise people to go over the Eyeglass World and get way better service and better attitudes.

Last year, it cost me $189 for 1 year supply of contacts & an exam. This year, for the same thing, (lens was different, I got multi focal), I was charged $526 !!!! I expected to pay a couple dollars more for the different lens, but over twice the cost of the others ???? Come on....... I'll not be returning.
