Amazing. We were scared after reading the other reviews but our experience couldn't have been better. The place was packed due to the flooded office in crystal river but we got in within 10 minutes. Dawn gave my wife an efficient eye exam and gathered all the background information. Victoria checked condition of the cataract and eye pressure. Dr. Ramsey made the diagnosis and ordered a YAG laser cleaning of the lenses . Excellent, efficient, personable and professional.

Inefficient scheduling process and good luck if you get anyone on the line the first two days you try.Doubt the docs and/or those who own this business know how poorly this business is run. Incompetence earning a bad reputation.Still waiting to be scheduled for surgery. Our first appointment was in August, then another in November, and now waiting to be scheduled for January.

"I called to make an appointment yesterday 11/10/23. I wanted to come to the Ocala office, I was told by the person on the phone that since I live in inverness I have to go to the Crystal River office. I told her I didn't want to go to the Crystal River office and that I called my insurance company and was told I could go to whatever Envision office I wanted to. She proceeded to tell me that I was not able to come to that office no matter what the insurance company said. I need to go to the Ocala office because the only person I have to drive me if I need to have surgery is my 94 year old father. He lives in Ocala and I can't have him drive clear over to Crystal River...read full review
