Just watch the video. This guy should be ashamed, he's certifying roof work that can ruin your home and doesn't care. Honestly, a total POS. Craig, you were in my roof 4 months ago and said, 'everything looks great' I don't know where your leak is coming from probably just a fluke. Cmon man! DoNOT use this guy or your house will be ruined.

This place and owner is a total scam. I was given a quote for services to which none were performed. I paid him on faith he would eventually put the time in, rather than simply giving me a new estimate and following up with harrassing phone calls. He ended up unscrewing one board of my deck and putting up caulk. He came by twice, both times 5 hours late. BBB accredited is a joke, so is Craig. He told me a roof call is $500, to which he didn't do a roof call, he walked onto my deck. I am only giving this one star because I have to, which is fitting for this con artist. His estimates are way off, his description of work is terrible, and he couldn't provide a visual representation of what to expect. I told him I decided to not move forward with the next estimate and asked to settle up between the deposit and the work performed to which he refused. I was willing to pay him for his time, service, and transportation costs not expecting a full refund, but his refusal to admit he did not perform any true service, his lack of ability to show up on time, and his pressing for me to send more money because "he is so busy" is unprofessional. The BBB and my lawyer will be hearing from him.
