I usually hate going to clinics but I’ve been to this location numerous times and this location is by far my favorite:when my new job told me that there was a Concentra near by I automatically new which one it was and my attitude never changed due to the fact it was this location.always pleased to walk in and out and still have the rest or my day also they don’t pass judgement on you no matter race,creed,color, or what you’re wearing or what you look like everyone is treated with the upmost respect at this location…keep up the good work Ocala..
My visit with the provider was great and if that had been the experience from beginning to end I would have given 5 stars. The X-Ray tech was either in a bad mood that day, does not like her job, or just didn't like me, but she was rude and not even slightly friendly. I deal with pain every day and I always show kindness and consideration no matter what I'm dealing with, but this woman just felt like she needed the world to know she wasn't happy.

The receptionist were very welcoming and friendly. Triage was also very friendly and informative as to each step we needed to do. And Allison was great she was very patient and though with my visit. And the cherry on top was the supervisor visiting at the end ensuring my visit was informative and to explain what my next steps would be great experience.
