My oldest son closed on his first house back in February, a week later the sewer alarm system went off, he called Carson the owner they sent the company out the built the sewer system. He said it was a electrical problem and left, then they sent the electrical company out and the replaced the outlet outside and the guy told my son the house was wired wrong and left. The sub pump is still not working and Carlson refuses to take his call. He showed me many text messages he has sent them over the past 4 months and Carson reads the text and doesn't respond back, dont buy a home from this company, they refuse to stand behind the 1 year warranty.

Carson oxendine and his wife do not honor their one year warranty and do not finish punch list. I am a disabled veteran that has been waiting for 8 Months to finish my punch list my concrete side walk corner was ran over by a truck doing job the same day and I told Carson 9 months ago also broken molding and missing molding in house .he does not provide correct contractor info on his warranty list I have called and emailed every day for 8 months and now he took his name off his answering service to his cell phone and work phone. Worst contractor ever. Took about 1 year to build which with Covid I get. We ordered all our colors, counter tops, cabinets, flooring about 3 months before closing. Well we did not close in the 6 months we were told which is fine. Pushed it out 2 months then another month then a couple weeks, anyways finally closed after waiting 11 months and 2 weeks. Did not get the countertops or the flooring we ordered was told they ordered wrong countertops which they already installed them without even checking. Was told "I advise you to keep what was put in or their will be longer delays". So we said ok. Then the flooring we ordered was no longer available so we had to... read full review
