My oldest son closed on his first house back in February, a week later the sewer alarm system went off, he called Carson the owner they sent the company out the built the sewer system. He said it was a electrical problem and left, then they sent the electrical company out and the replaced the outlet outside and the guy told my son the house was wired wrong and left. The sub pump is still not working and Carlson refuses to take his call. He showed me many text messages he has sent them over the past 4 months and Carson reads the text and doesn't respond back, dont buy a home from this company, they refuse to stand behind the 1 year warranty.

Carson oxendine and his wife do not honor their one year warranty and do not finish punch list. I am a disabled veteran that has been waiting for 8 Months to finish my punch list my concrete side walk corner was ran over by a truck doing job the same day and I told Carson 9 months ago also broken molding and missing molding in house .he does not provide correct contractor info on his warranty list I have called and emailed every day for 8 months and now he took his name off his answering service to his cell phone and work phone. He has many disconnected phone numbers. All potential buyers should stay away from this spineless dishonest coward.VETERANS BEWARE AND DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DISHONEST DIRTBAG AND HIS FAMILY THAT INCLUDES HIS DAUGHTER IN LAW OF OCALA FINEST REALTOR. SHE LIES FOR CARSON OXENDINE AND GETS YOU TO SELL YOUR HOUSE AND THEN YOU END UP HOMELESS BECAUSE YOUR NEED BUILD IS NOT READY.CARSON DOES NOT CHECK BEHIND CONTRACTORS WORK WHICH IS BAD. Worst contractor ever. Took about 1 year to build which with Covid I get. We ordered all our colors, counter tops, cabinets, flooring about 3 months before closing. Well we did not close in the 6 months we were told which is fine. Pushed it out 2 months then another month then a couple weeks, anyways finally closed after waiting 11 months and 2 weeks. Did not get the countertops or the flooring we ordered was told they ordered wrong countertops which they already installed them without even checking. Was told "I advise you to keep what was put in or their will be longer delays". So we said ok. Then the flooring we ordered was no longer available so we had to go with one that is supposed to be close to what we ordered. So it was not close it was much darker but to late already installed. 2 Ceiling fans don't work, light in bathroom toilet does not work either but county inspector passed this house. Front door missing weather stripping been almost 4 weeks and still don't have it. French doors in back porch are not right. They had to shimmy the frame up of concrete to make it fit correctly. But forgot that that leaves a hole to the outside. So I can see the outside from inside. The sun light comes in through the hole just looks horrible. Ceiling in both bathrooms were not finished you could still see the screws in the sheet rock. The laminate floor that was put in has a dirty film on it that will not come off and was installed incorrectly. They did. It stagger they like they are supposed to. So we signed a punch list that was to be completed after closing. Was told usually they have 30 days to finish. It's been 17 days and the only they did was patch a few holes not all of them in walls and had a handyman come and fill the hole under the French doors with clear caulking. Which looks horrible and you can still see the light through the hole because they used clear. So I would never recommend this builder. I have emailed him five times in 17 days and finally got a response of oh sorry didn't see your email her is the name of the flooring company. Ok so not my responsibility to call the companies that did not complete there job but I did and none of them were informed about the issues of the house. So stay away, BEWARE that is for sure.
