I injured myself back in September 2020. As of today I continue to struggle with respiration. I found the treatment center and Aaron more than a month ago. I was desperate for relief as I began to have severe episodes of acid reflux. Aaron assessed me pointing out issues with my body alignment. He spent the next 4 weeks working to loosen my diaphragm which is very rigid. Very thorough and professional. Addressed several issues and pain points. Long lasting treatments. Really worked out individual muscles, better than just an adjustment from chiropractor that I tried several times.
