Recently had a small issue with my roof after several days of rain. Contacted Bowles roofing and they quickly dispatched Chris to come out and assess the problem. Within a few days Calvin came fully equipped with replacement vent cap and matching shingles to complete the repair. Everyone I had to deal with including owner Don was very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend anyone needing a new roof or repairs done to their roof to count of Bowles Roofing for quality workmanship, excellent customer service and follow up.

Update to prior review where I had several issues. After an email about some shingles not laying flat and two uncaulked areas by the lanai, they were addressed. The other issue of rows of shingle meeting somewhere in the middle and then a shingle being trimmed to fit could not be addressed without an entire redo of the roof (IMHO). In my opinion, this could have been avoided if someone had spoken English so that I could have explained that practice was unaccepatble to me. I have not heard from them, nor received a reply to my email or a response to my earlier review. Bowles Roofing replaced my roof in 2019, as well as installing two solar attic fans. Chris came out for the estimate, he was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They gave me a fair price, did the work on time, and finished on schedule. The roof is beautiful. I recently had a very small issue, and once I contacted Bowles, they came out right away. They honored their warranty and made the repair quickly. Everyone I spoke with was professional and helpful. Bowles Roofing does quality work and stands by their warranty. I have recommended them to family and friends.
