A friend who installs tile recommended them...I'm a former contractor and everyone at Bowen Tile was professional and very helpful. JENNIFER helped us with design and knows her stuff...The quality of tile is so superior to the box stores

We were looking for tile for our kitchen backsplash and stopped in here to see what they had. We did not find what we were looking for but the guy who talked to us (I think his name was James) was the nicest and friendliest person. This store has some pretty fancy products displayed and I wouldn't blame them if they looked at us when we came in and figured we wouldn't be buying anything, but James treated us like valued customers, was patient with us, answered all questions, and had good advice about installation techniques (we were doing the work ourselves).
