They showed up when they said they would. Their tech Robert, was friendly and professional. Within 10 minutes he discovered I had a bad capacitor. It was a minor fix. They didn't try to rip me off or overinflate the bill. I will recommend them to others. They are at the top of my list when it comes time to replace my HVAC system.
Had a great experience with these folks. My 22 year old AC went out. Tech tried everything possible to get it running but it had finally died. During the 2 days it took to get to installing a new one they provided a good window AC that kept my place comfortable. The new Frigidaire unit i chose was installed and has been working extremely well now (I waited for about a month before reviewing). Installation is where most people have problems and this one was flawless. Highly recommended.
Allen & Rogers has been our HVAC company since we moved here in 2017, always on time and reasonably priced.
I called today on a Monday morning as our AC unit went out last Friday, they had someone here this afternoon. Angel diagnosed the problem and now we are repaired and comfortable.
