Both Debbie on the phone and Chris as the service man were great. Debbie, because she was fine with me making an appointment, and then cancelling because I thought it was working, then making another appointment. Chris was on time, polite, courteous and knew what was wrong and fixed it very quickly.

Service tech was prompt and efficient. We were in dire straits with the a/c down in our office. He arrived early and got us up and running in a short period of time. We were very thankful.

My a/c stopped running so I called Allweather heating and cooling. Technician Todd Fry came out and diagnosed the problem and did the repairs. He was very thorough and kept me informed of everything he was doing and what the cost would be. After he was done with the repairs he stayed and made sure the a/c was working correctly and showed me the part that was replaced and why. I trust Allweather. I have had them work on my a/c twice now and I won’t call anyone else. They even came out on a Sunday when no other company would. Thank you Todd and the lady in the office that helped me.
