my husband and i were out of ac from july 4th until july 6th 2023. we are elderly and my husband has lung problems. the home warranty people never got us a tech of any sort and let us suffer with the unbearable heat. no one called us back to fix the problem until i called A&R co. on july 6th after regular hours. Bo was so caring and came over at 830pm and got us air. we so appreciate this man. we have a contract now with this reputable company. we thank you so much.we will be well cared for from now on.

I am currently a service technician with this company. I can tell you this company has by far been there for myself and family. If i ever need anything i know for a fact ears are open. After reading some of these reviews i can tell you after being in this field for 7 years, the complaints are bogus. Pay close attention to the complaints and any person with any sense can clearly see people contradicting their own complaints. It saddens me because i know for a fact when i lay my head down at night, i know i did everything possible to solve whatever issue is at hand and be of absolute well service to the consumer. I have used A&R for 13 years. The owner and son are very involved in the company making sure the technicians are trustworthy and knowledgeable. Any issue I have had with my air has been fixed promptly if parts are available, sadly any wait time is due to the manufacturer and their supply and demand. I personally like when I call after hours with an issue they try to troubleshoot over the phone so I don't have to pay the after hours price and I can manage to wait until regular business hours. I recommend this company to everyone that needs ac work.
