I cannot recommend Trish enough! She perfectly captured my ideas for my hair and was very open to listening to my stupid ramblings! I have gone to many different barbers and salons in the past year, and none of them even compare to the amount of care and effort Trish put into my hair! I used to do hair and then my daughter did my hair for a long time. We came down to Florida from Indiana and I’ve been searching for someone good to do my hair for a long time. I read so many reviews and met people that I admired their hair and went to their stylist, but never had any luck finding someone that did a very good job. And then I met Binx! She is amazing! I was so frustrated with my hair and how it Had been done that I didn’t even know how to tell her to fix it, but she magically knew exactly what to do, and I haven’t been this happy about my hair since my daughter did it. I’ll post some pictures. You should probably book an appointment with her soon because she is going to get very busy!
Omgoodness where do I start!! First of all I used to have a very short pixie cut shaved on the sides and after several bad attempts with other hair stylist I decided to grow my hair out and stop coloring to embrace my natural color, well fast forward to 2 1/2 years later I was in desperate need for a hair cut I used to have very thick hair but I’m sure with hormones and age my hair grew out a lot thinner than I had remembered, I researched and researched hair salons, I found Erika. To say the least I was very nervous walking in her door for the first time. As soon as she shook my hand and introduced herself I immediately felt relaxed… everything about her from her perfect to her salon is relaxing. She took her time listening to me as I told her I had no idea of what I wanted to do… no pictures of inspiration to show her… she took me under wing and gave me the best haircut I have EVER had in my 53 years!! The products she uses make u feel pampered my hair was so soft and silky no frizz at all… I went home and ordered everything she used so I can achieve her results, well try to :).. I would highly recommend Erika she is all around the very best hair stylist I have EVER come across!! I thank God for leading me to her and her beautiful salon!! Thank you Erika can not wait till my next appointment

I took my 2.5 year old son to Dylan for his first haircut. Dylan was very kind, patient, and he took the time to show my son the tools he would be using and to make sure he was comfortable before he used them. He also dealt with the gaggle of family members taking pictures with grace. Even with all this we were in and out in less than 30 minutes for a very affordable and stylish new haircut for my boy. The atmosphere of the barber shop was very cool & modern and you can tell these guys take pride in their trade.

I just moved to the Ocala area but, as soon as I visited this barber shop, I knew I had found my barber. He is a quality barber at a reasonable price and genuinely seems to care about the haircuts he provides, which wasn't my experience at two previous barber shops (and multiple barbers). I really like that he takes appointments, so you know when you go in you won't have to wait. This barber deserves your business. Give him a try.

I just had THE best experience at Brick City Barbershop. James cut my hair and did the best hot towel shave i've ever received. I had just got done doing a 10 hour shift in the kitchen and had come straight from work and didn't have any qualms over that or the fact that I was falling asleep for 80 percent of the cut LOL seriously though; relaxed and welcoming vibe, authentic and quality staff and a truly quality service for the price. Have found my new home barbershop.
I absolutely love this place! I tagged along with my brother and dad and saw how great the atmosphere was. I love how they’re always inviting to everyone who walks in through the front door. Very energetic shop and I love going there. They are very passionate about their work and very detail oriented. Also very family friendly! Every once in a while. The owners wife and kids pass by and greet everyone. Really great little family. My dad and brother look sharp all the time.

I love coming here & get my Spray Tan. The owner has been in business 27 years, and there's a second location. Their customer service is outstanding, prices are reasonable, and they offer a variety of different tanning lotions and products. The business is always clean whenever I have walked in. Miss Jennifer is an amazing human being. She's super friendly, courteous and professional. I highly recommend this salon to anyone that wants to look fabulous and beautiful.

Hands down the best place to get nails done! Van and Chris are both so nice. Van does my nails and they are perfect every time. She also does some pretty art and can recreate almost any design you want! I never had Chris do my nails but I’ve seen the awesome jobs he’s done! Highly recommend either one.

Eugina SLAYED! ?‼️ She absolutely demolished any anxious thoughts or doubt I’ve had about my brows after she was done. I got my brows laminated and tinted and loved the way they turned out. I have been going to Nefertiti for 7 years now, hair growth journey has come a long way, when I first started going to her my hair was very damaged because my step mom used to put store bought relaxer, however, Nefertiti has shown me how you can still have healthy hair while being relaxed. Not only is Nefertiti a great hairstylist but she is also a great human being she's one of the few stylists that actually care about her clients and works with integrity and character, she will not let you leave her chair until you are satisfied with her work. Her salon makes you feel at home and safe. I recommend people of all ages, ethnicities and genders.

I've been going for a long time for Norma's amazing massages. But I recently tried something new - Raindrop Therapy. It's hard to explain how beneficial this was to me but I will try. The treatment was enjoyable and I left feeling somewhat "lighter" but the real results showed up in the coming days. I had renewed energy and an overall feeling of wellbeing. I was able to get some things done that I had been procrastinating and that in turn made me feel even better. I highly recommend you treat yourself and give this Raindrop Therapy a try!
I came to Breeze for a highlight, balayage and cut with Crystal! She knows what's she's doing guys! We not only had great conversation but my blonde looks amazing and multidimensional, the consult made me feel heard and understood and she gave her professional opinion to help me reach what I was looking for. I don't get to have my hair done very often so I jumped at the chance they were offering to get their name out to get a haircut and tip if you wanted (and yes I tipped). I always give the same vague instructions leaving a lot of wiggle room for the stylist to do what they want but usually end up with the same cut and it's a cut I could do myself and have so it's disappointing to pay for it. That ended today with Heather! She gave me something different while still following the basic guidelines I set, no bangs, has to pull out of my face and not require a lot of work. She nailed it, I love it, my son was shocked that it was actually something different when I went home. 10/10 would definitely recommend again.

My wife was inspired to get a dragonfly tattoo after a dragonfly landed on her left calf while we were paddleboarding on the Rainbow River. It was such a beautiful day and beautiful moment, that she wanted to capture that memory.
We visited City on the Hill, where Shawn, on his day off, sat down with us and explained the process. We shared some ideas with Shawn, who, in his super chill way, assured us that all would go well. This was my wife's first tattoo. The next day, after narrowing down the design and colors a bit, Shawn did his magic.
We are very happy with results. The colors, sizing, details, and angles are perfect. The level of detail and coloring are just right. The dragonfly looks real... very cool.

I came to this shop to follow an artist who I've known to do great work on alot of my husband's friends. I've been wanting a cover up for a while but wasn't really sure what would work in that space. Magoo did a great job coming up with a good design and integrating it into the existing tattoo. To me it doesn't even look like a cover-up it just looks like a really well done tattoo. Me and my husband definitely look forward to getting more work done by him in the future. The shop itself was very clean, spacious, and overall comfortable.

I called them about an electrical event I was very concerned about and all it was was a couple loose wires in the Fuse Box. In addition to this, the job was to swap out some ceiling fans and light fixture. Not a big ticket job for them but it's nice to see that they would take a call like mine. Milton was quick, knew his stuff and didn't waste a moment. I'll be using them again!

I used East Coast Flooring to replace all of the carpet in my home with vinyl about 10 years ago. They did such a good job and stand behind their product that when I moved to my new residence I used them again for flooring in my lanai.

We came in looking for a glass tile to accent/ border my large porcelain wall tile. They have many wonderful options. My wife found the perfect match. The sales person was very helpful, and though unless you buy all your construction products from them you cannot use their contractors, which we fully understand.
Anyway everything came out beautiful, I did the work myself ( since it was a small project). We plan on going back soon, because we have another project in mind.

Peter and Southway Building are the best and most trustworthy roofers around. He came highly recommended to me by a friend and I'm so happy they did. I have quite an, let's say interesting, roof layout. We had been plagued with problems with our previous roof job. Peter came right out to assess our roof and give a quote. He immediately started pointing out issues and weaknesses that he saw as problem areas which correlated with our own experiences we've had, but hadn't shared with him yet. He answered all of our many questions, and explained everything very thoroughly, so we could pick the best roofing option to suite our needs. Him and his team did a wonderful job and fixed the many poorly constructed areas done by a previous contractor. It's nice to finally have peace of mind that we'll have no more leaks and a roof that'll last a lifetime!!!

I ordered Zaysa sod to replace damaged and dead grass. Green side up came out, give me a reasonable estimate and delivered as promised. The owner himself and a helper worked most of Saturday removing the old grass and laying down the Zaysa. Later that evening I ran the sprinkler system and noticed a couple of areas were not cut out for the heads to pop up. I also noticed one head had been damaged and was shooting straight up. I called after 6:00 Saturday night and received an answering machine. I explained the situation and received a call back on Sunday morning. Not just any Sunday morning, but on Mothers Day. Tony came out a little later and corrected the issues. What more could you possibly ask of someone? Great folks to work with in my book; very happy with the experience. I went to Dr Pruitt in January 2024 with a huge project. I had fallen and hit my front teeth (a bridge) on the ground. I could feel that at least one tooth under my bridge was broken. It is now June and we are still working on this project, but we’re getting there. Dr Pruitt takes his time and focuses on doing the project correctly rather than just getting it done. It’s been costly, but Dr Pruitt takes my insurance (MetLife), and for anything not covered by insurance Dr Pruitt has provided the best price he can. The office staff is kind and compassionate and it’s been a great experience. My husband also sees Dr Pruitt and likes him as well.

I have been seeing Dr. Badanek since February, after all local doctors refused to see me while I was sick, due to being cash pay patient. By God’s grace I found Dr. Badanek and while being a bit reluctant at first, I went ahead and went with whatever tests doc recommended. I have to say he is truly great at what he does. He unraveled such a mess of symptoms to find the cause and put me on the right track to true healings. I think people just settle for a regular doctor that gives them a pill for a temporary relief to only find themselves getting sicker over time. If you truly want to heal, I very much recommend Dr. Badanek for a full holistic healing experience.

Dr. Collins gave my Sequoia a good exam and eased my worrying. All in all a very positive experience.

I took my cat to skylark animal clinic because I thought she had a urinary track infection or a stone. They did an x-ray and found that her bladder was actually fine but that her entire colon was full of stool and gas and she was in extreme pain. They gave her an enema which relieved all of the gas and stool and she’s doing so much better now. The staff was very kind, courteous, knowledgeable, showed that they really cared, and I am overall extremely pleased with the care if I gave my cat. They found her issue and took care of it and even kept her a couple hours to make sure she was OK. This is an excellent vet. Highly recommend.

I definitely recommend this Vet to anybody ! We brought our baby Tupac in there for the first time after adopting him. He went in not feeling so well. Went back today and he’s a whole new dog. I have been having my labradoodle Maggie groomed by Reigning Cats & Dogs for just over 2 years now. So many dogs are terrified of getting groomed, but not our Maggie girl. She is always excited to see the owner and her assistant because she knows she's going to come out looking so pretty and get her treat. She already knows where they keep them and goes behind the counter and waits for it. I feel so secure leaving my girl with them. I promise you won't be disappointed if you use them.

I have been to three places in Ocala. CANINE DESIGN has all three beat! My Chihuahua Chilli needed her nails done, We had no wait and she was done in under 15 minutes. They did a great job, and I will go back! Finally a great place (and close) that treats the dogs wonderfully.

First, I was a walk-in, as a first timer to book a grooming appointment, I was somewhat skeptical about leaving my baby Honey in the hands of someone else. Then Jill, the owner, attended me and just got great vibes off of her, friendly staff, and took a peek at what they were doing and how they operated. Jill, attended me to book the appointment and explained the process and took some time to look at my baby and explained it'll take some time since she's a first timer, but she'll do great and we'll take care of her. Sure enough, appointment scheduled, we came in, dropped her off, didn't want to leave, but prayed for her beforehand, came back and she looked so adorable and clean and smelled great! Other new haircut, nails trimmed, paw hairs trimmed, and the cutest bows ever!!!!! I couldn't be more happier or satisfied with their service I'm a doggy bubble regular from now on!
A safe and sacred space. Really great classes with a variety of options and times. Awesome "extras" like breathwork classes, sound baths, ice plunges, etc. Every instructor brings their own unique energy to their class and they are all phenomenal. I could not find a Yoga studio in Ocala that offered classes during hours that I could fit into my busy schedule, nor any that offered a wide variety of classes for a long time. I am so thankful to the creators of Evolve and to have found this special space.
All the instructors are great. They are helpful, patient, and professional. They offer classes at various times as well as offering a variety of classes. I am a patron for life. Thank you OYC.
Grace is a remarkable healer. For years I have intermittently suffered with sciatica. With just one treatment, she was able to release my extremely tight piriformis muscle and gave me pain relief. I was introduced to Aaron "Neurosomatic Therapy" by Kathleen. I had recently undergone a major surgery for colon cancer, which was a very invasive procedure resulting in slow healing of scar tissue. I looked into the website and learned more about "Neurosomatic Therapy".I was desperate for anything that could help me feel better and find relief from pain. On my first visit, Aaron worked on my scar tissue and it felt much better. After a month, all of my sleeping problems and anxiety went away. I stopped taking my anxiety pills and started sleeping well every night. Believe me, this was a significant improvement compared to the few hours of sleep I was getting after the major surgery. It felt amazing to finally have a full eight hours of sleep without any anxiety.After consistent visits with Aaron once a week, I started feeling so much better that I stopped seeing him for a while. Atmosphere and staff are fun. Just wish the staff paid more attention to patients . They put you on a machine, then go join a group conversation.
One of their instructors was driving behind me while on 17 north bound. here are the different road laws I watched him break. 1. not leaving enough space between vehicles in case of emergencies aka tail gating 2. not using blinkers to indicate lane changes after going around me, he did the following: 3. speeding in excess of 10 to 15mph over the posted speed limit 4. ignoring the speed limit that changed from 55 to 45 therefore speeding in excess of 20 to 25mph sounds like a wonderful driving instructor. no wonder people in Florida drive like crap. we have people like that teaching them.
Great instructionors, Stephanie Ryan and James were very thorough and taught us all the basics in a progressive and safe manner. Would highly recommend. We will be coming back for an advanced course.
