I cannot recommend The Little Seamstress enough. Fiona was amazing. I had a lot that I wanted her to change about the dress I bought, and she was able to do it all, with it looking even better than I could’ve imagined! I’m including a before and after photo to really show how incredible she is. She completely altered the bodice of my dress, which sat at my hips originally, and moved the crepe lining up to be at the thinnest part of my waist which made it appear much more natural. Let me start off by saying I have never been to a tailor/ alteration place. I don't know the first thing about this stuff. I had a wedding dress sent to me by my aunt that was very old and a little yellow tinged. I didn't know if it was possible to restore so I called around to different places. That's where this place grabbed my attention. I hadn't even been a customer yet and the girl answered all my questions and gave me advice. I felt so stupid asking this stuff, but she treated me with the utmost respect.Turns out it wouldn't be possible to restore that dress without jumping through a lot of hoops and risking more damage. The Little Seamstress did some alterations that were so well done for me. They promised them a certain week and actually got them done early. The woman was so thoughtful and attentive. I knew I was getting quality. Strongly recommend!
