So unprofessional and communication is very bad wish communication was better
Tech guy Ivry Smith is very unprofessional. I went to replace my phone screen and I specifically asked if it’s OEM, and he said yes. After he replaced the screen I stepped outside into my car while I was leaving I realized that my screen wasn’t OEM like he said. Also all of a sudden my haptic feed back doesn’t work anymore. I went back for my refund and the store was closed and he was no where to be found. Two days later I went back because the store randomly closed the next day after I replaced my screen. I asked him why he lied he insisted that he didn’t and I asked for my refund and he basically said “nope”. Asked to speak to the manager, he said “nope”... read full review
Walked in with a cracked screen on my IPhone Xs max and walked out in under an hour with a new screen. Price was cheaper than anywhere in the area. Professional and courteous. Very highly recommended.
