My first experience at a facility for sauna and cold plunge. I am use to going to the spa and doing this but this beats any spa experience. The customer service was superb along with the science knowledge that was explained —the medicine geek in me valued and appreciated! I will definitely be back and will be referring my patients to experience this amazing facility to help your body, mind and soul! Thank you Soaks team!

Far exceeded expectations! I dropped in because Stephanie is my neighbor and I do my best to support local businesses. I've also done a variety of breath work exercises through both yoga and tantra practices. I had an inkling of what to expectbut what she packs into 20 minutes is kind of mind boggling.The initial preparation for Switch On breath journey is pretty simple.
