Dr. Dean Helseth was so professional, respectful and attentive to my needs. He followed protocol, gave me the chance to express myself, and created an action plan. Timeliness is another huge plus. I am very confident to go back again and I am sure others will find this recommendation very helpful. I recommend Dr. Dean Helseth 100%. By the way, the staff at the front were very nice too. Office was clean and neat.
As a new patient, I was greeted by three smiling, welcoming people. The waiting room was bright and restful. Natalie Basart was a warm, attentive listener who got to the point. We agreed on the next step forward and follow up. It was a successful, satisfying visit for me. Thank you.
I have a great experience at this location of My psychiatrist. My provider Ms Toni Baldie is amazing. I changed my psychiatrist recently and I will tell you how right I was to do this transition. For the medicine I take, I have to get my blood work done every month and my provider has to review the results and update it on REM and only then the pharmacy can dispense it. My earlier psychiatrist literally made me cry every month. I had to call atleast 3 times to remind him to do the needful and still it was not done in time untill I am out of medicine.
