Midland Medical Center has excellent doctors, including Dr. Kaplan, who takes time to answer questions and make patients feel confident. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, patients report difficulty reaching the office by phone. Calls often go unanswered, or voicemail messages are not returned. It is recommended to schedule appointments in person rather than over the phone.
