They keep harassing our store and demanding to speak with our manager, he has been repeatedly told we don't want to associate!!! This guy can't take no for an answer, watch out for Carl!!!

We received 3 calls today from someone that initially identified himself as "Carl". He was told on the first two calls that we were not interested, he called back a third time and immediately, without saying who he was says with a raised voice "THIS IS MY THIRD TIME CALLING AND NO ONE LETS ME TALK TO *******. CAN I SPEAK WITH ******?". The guy cannot take rejection well. Very confrontational on the phone. Not a good way to gain business.....

The sales rep Ian is unprofessional and gets irate when faced with rejection. He was told by my staff kindly, that we are not interested in the cleaning service. (multiple times). He then began to raise his voice and say awful things. A sales rep with anger issues will not close deals.
