been bakeracted here 4 times, it is like prison. food is nasty most of the time, we have 5 channels to choose from. the adolescent unit gets visiting 2x a week, and the others dont get it at all, and phone calls are usually cut short. most of the staff r nice, like nurse erin and luigi. but its so boring and horrible. if ur a minor, joe dimaggio is good, but woodmont is also nice for kids and adults. all other places ive been bakeracted are better than this place.

I have zero issues with the facility!However, I came to the reviews because I know I wasn’t the only person that has had an issue with the full time admin in the outpatient program. I just read a review by another parent who had the same exact issue as myself. I didn’t have to even ask her name because the female on the other end of the phone spoke to me the same exact way. She should take her impatient, rude, disrespectful over-talking mouth to the streets, not a facility that has never let me or my loved one down.I was told “oh I know who you are, you callall the time” (exaggerated) over-talked, insulted, and she even said she would call the police for threatening... read full review

Getting down to anything that needs to be done will take 5 people to go through and begging for anything to get done. I highly thank the people I spent time with and certain staff like miss keisha for actually caring about the patients staffed at this facility. Many staff including the doctor can care less about your issues and listen to you. Just being thrown medication without any help about your mental health issues. This place is underfunded as hell. Limited activity, supplies, and terrible food. Some lunch staff would throw fits over dietary accommodation. Don’t volunteer to come here.
