First day at this gym and I am impressed.... I have been to many gyms with a lot of equipment.. . THIS place is laid out with thought... and CLEAN... even an air curtain at the door to keep out flies! But... the energy and welcoming of the staff (and owner) impressed me most... great place... great working out

I been training with Alex for over 12 months now and definitely love his knowledge, energy and passion for what he does. The most that I love about him is that he push me to the next level and don’t take any excuses. Alex is absolutely the best!

This place is the real deal. I've been here for a year and a half. The trainer's are incredible and it has every machine I could ever want. It never feels crowded, the owner is awesome. Highly recommend 10/10
