I'm grateful to have a space like Hōm, especially recently during these anxious and difficult times. It continues to be an essential part of my self-care, even more so now. I definitely feel better after each session, even if just for a short time, which has made a huge difference in my life.

We've been attending yoga with Staisha for over a year at a different location. She recently opened her own studio. This is a peaceful, welcoming, and accepting environment to practice in. There are a variety of classes available 7days a week. Whether you are an experienced yogi or someone looking to learn in an intimate environment, this is the best place to go. if you've recently heard about Neurogenic yoga, you can try it here! Staisha is warm, caring, a total punk rock badass. I recommend this studio for everyone.

I had a few months before a big move and wanted to REALLY dedicate some time to this practice, I went as often as possible (your brain will try to trick you into not practicing because it's hard!) There are all levels here (one woman with a double hip replacement might be practicing next to a Cirque de Solei- type contortionist.) The jump-through has always been elusive although I've been practicing yoga for several years consistently. I never bothered with head stands because of chronic neck pain (which has practically gone away.)
