Don did a GREAT job inspecting my commercial building in 2018. He was thorough, explained any repairs that needed to be done and answered any questions that I had. I needed a few repairs on the roof and he recommended a company that did a fantastic job. The roof repairs are still holding up. I would highly recommend Arpin and Sons and any company they refer you to. They know the construction business well and are trustworthy.

I had an issue where we were repairing a porch roof, when suddenly a zoning official appeared & said we needed a permit & a plan drawn up by a structural engineer in order to move forward. Not wanting to hassle with City officials, I found Arpin & Sons & turned the project over to them. They came up with the plans, got everything through the builing department & completed the project in a profesional way. We were very satisfied with not only the quality of work, but also the personnel involved. The project was completed in a timely fashion & to our complete satisfaction with no problems whatsoever.
