Sadly I have to find a new dry cleaner. I’ve been bringing my clothes here for years and just picked up my first order after becoming automated. One of my dress shirts was wrinkled. There is no person working on site. Only a phone number to call and talk to someone over the phone. Plus I didn’t get a receipt so I have no clue why my 3 shirts suddenly cost a lot more than previously.
Went & they were closed when posted hours claim their open. Day or two later, I called to ask a question, and the call was never returned when forced to leave a message (again, during business hours).Don't waste your time like I did.
Based on my one experience, I'd recommend. I was in town for the week and needed a gown cleaned. The bottom had become very soiled from a night out. I dropped off the dress on Tuesday, and the woman said it would be ready by Thursday. It was perfectly clean and ready on Thursday and the price was less than $20. Very reasonable. I interacted with two different women, both of which were attentive to my needs and friendly.
