I was billed my co-pay of $40. twice. I paid the first $40. and was told I would not be charged another $40. since I did not get stitches. That place is like an assembly line and WATCH YOUR BILLING as you may be charged wrongly. A racket as far as my experience. I might have seen Dr. Yawitz for 5 minutes. Then on down the assembly line. And falsely charged. I won't go back.

Terrible, we made appointments in April, got word 2 days from our appointment on June 30th, to get canceled until late August. 5 month spread to see a dermatologist, receptionist didn't care at all , it's a pathetic excuse for a proper doctor's office.

Michael Banuchi is professional, through and very kind. His was the best skin care I have every received. The back office, not so. Without my authorization, the back office bypassed my listed pharmacy and set my script to an internet company (Phil.com). Phil put my script out to bid on the web, and awarded my business to a brick & mortar store 3 hours from my home. During this adventure, my medical records were breached. A clean violation of HIPPA. I am now dealing with the aftermath of the breach. I would recommend Michael only if he changes practices. Riverchase I would not recommend at all.
