Ryan, the technician, arrived a few hours after my initial call. He explained everything, and diagnosed and fixed the problem for the quoted sum. I will definitely use Sergents again, and hope I get Ryan.

The best. The absolute best. The whole experience was top notch from calling the office to schedule the appointment to the technician coming out . Max, our technician answered all our questions and was able to complete our work same day! He is an amazing technician, extremely knowledgable in electrical work and in making sure the work is done in compliance. He kept the job area so clean that you would have never known that we had any work done upon completion. We were so happy with his work and the level of professionalism of this company that we plan on having future projects done and would highly recommend this company!
