I’m very pleased with the service and product provided. My hot water heater shorted out. I thought it would require only a thermostat replacement, but the damage was more severe Han anticipated. A new water heater was required. They inspected it on the first visit to determine this and were able to replace it in the same day.

Very efficient and knowledgeable staff and reasonable pricing. Kendell strikes me as a company that operates with a business plan centered on keeping customers. They succeeded here! We won’t call anyone else for our plumbing needs!
