Came to house, brought ladder & inspected roof. Told me was good metal roof that needed some new screws. Price $800
Prior estimate w local roofer was $5000. (He walked around the property & looked from different angles) He told me I needed to power wash my roof before the job - not included.
Weaver did the job of replacing numerous screws on home -& detached 3 car garage that wasn’t even included in the bid. When I addressed - he just shrugged & smiled!! Done in <2 weeks of bid- to my great satisfaction & peace of mind pre Hurricane season.

Roof replacement . Called roofing companies , came out for estimation , they did not even go on roof to inspect , just gave a price . James Weaver Roofing came out and actually went on roof and inspected it . Explained products , warranty , price and possible install date. They gave me best price for same shingles other companies wanted more money . They were 25 % cheaper on roof replacement . Took two days for roof replacement and they did a great job.Service: Roof installation

Our family had a contract with James Weaver Roofing. But unfortunately, our family had to cancel due to circumstances dealing with probate. His response was very professional and understanding; he is a man with integrity. If we are ever in need of a roofer in the future, we would definitely use him.
