I worked with Gilleys to design a small home with a large eat in kitchen that had plenty of storage space. It has a huge island and plenty of counter space. My home is cozy, yet has all the amenities I wanted including a heated pool with a large covered lanai area. the quality of the materials used is excellent. I'm loving my new home
Gillys Custom Homes was my builder for my home in Charlotte county Florida. Our home is a 3 bedroom 3 car garage on an average lot. Brandon Gilly is an exceptional young man who is a no nonsense, up front, honest individual. During our construction process i lost my wife, the most devastating period of my life. It was at this time I discovered what Gilly's Custom Homes is all about. Let me be candid, Brandon was like my family back home. Hurricane Ian, inflation, building supply shortages, manpower shortages. We own a vacation home on Little Gasparilla Island. We had purchased it in September 2020 and did a serious renovation with a local island company. Hurricane Ian hit 2 years later in September 2022 and no one was available to help, as the entire island needed work done. We initially hired another business out of desperation but they were horrible and we did not proceed further. There is also a heavy amount of price gouging there now after the storm.
