I have been a patient of Jessica Perez Cardwell for a few years since relocating to Port Charlotte. She, along with her staff, are the most professional, kind, thorough and knowledgeable. I receive immediate follow up on all tests and concerns I may have. I cannot say enough good things about the office! I am over 60 and a cancer survivor so I have seen a lot of physicians over the years. Dr. Perez Cardwell and her staff are exceptional and I plan to be a patient of this office for hopefully a very long time. I highly recommend them!

This office really has suffered since the retirement of Dr Janet Lewis years ago. Dr Charette has overall been a big disappointment and I understand he is now retiring after just a year or two. We shall see how the new doctor is but my patience for this office is running out. Dr Lewis was great and I miss her.

This morning I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment and was told that I needed to reschedule...and that three attempts had been made to contact me. I received no message on my answering machine and no call was made to my cell phone. Not the first time I've had difficulties with office staff.
