Every time I've been there the staff has been amazing. They do their best to get you in and out. They always let you know what you need to look out for in the near future so you're less likely to be surprised by unexpected costs. BTW always get the road hazard warranty for your tires. It's saved me hundreds of dollars. I've had to have two tires replaced over the last year due to debris from the hurricanes. Cost me $30 each time.

I noticed my tire pressure was much lower on one tire than the rest of my tires even after filling it up so I decided to get it checked out. After sitting for 3 hours at a different tire shop, they finally told me that it was unrepairable and they don't stock the tire I need and it would be days before I could get it ordered. I left and went to Firestone and showed them the tire I needed and within 3 seconds of looking at it, he told me they have them in stock. They got me right in and it was finished in 30 minutes. These guys are awesome and they do a great job! Thank you!
