I was extremely nervous about going at first but the moment I step through the door I had a sense of calmness. I went for the winter solstice release and restore class and had a very moving experience. I will definitely be going back for more classes this one class made a huge difference in my life. Thank you for such a wonderful night, all the love and acceptance. Namaste ??
This was my first class; getting back to practice after too many years. Erin Newfield was great. Nice group of people. I took the beginner class and was very welcomed and at ease. Looking forward to my next class.
I experienced Yin Yoga by Instructor Diane Saywell today. It was a very nice place and the yin yoga gave me some badly needed nice long stretches! Diane was very helpful and informative through the whole class!
