The vibe is unbeatable. Everyone was friendly! My stylist, Jane, ( who absolutely nailed my hair btw) collaborated with another stylist on color and thoughts ( I love that kind of environment) ...but before that I was telling her something was "off" with my hair and she called it out immediately... made me have total confidence she would fix me and she did. I can't say enough good things about Jane ... but also the entire environment and other staff that were friendly as well.
I got a horrible haircut for my hairdresser in South Beach and while I was visiting North Palm Beach I came up on the salon. Melissa cut my hair and was amazing. She knew what was wrong and how to fix it immediately. And she made me laugh the whole time. I will gladly travel to Melissa anytime I need a haircut from now on
Went to Collective today for the first time and saw Dani. She was so thorough in her consultation to make sure the result was everything I wanted. She talked me through each step and asked my thoughts along the way. She is confident in her work and so sweet! Will definitely be back.
