Mark is amazing! I've been practicing with Mark for years. His soothing voice and encouraging words and his gentle nature makes me feel welcomed, appreciated and like I can do anything.

I love Mark Maldonado and Sports Yoga M2. Don’t let the name stop you from giving it a try. There are all levels of classes so there’s something for everyone. For me, I’m in the best shape I’ve been in because of Mark’s intuitive style that challenges and guides. The best!!

Pre-COViD I was doing yoga 3 x week - gentle, Hatha & yin & in the best shape of my life. So, When the yoga studios started opening back up I was psyched.! I chose Mark's "Gentle Yoga" class To ease back in. Ha!! This was not like any Gentle Yoga class I've ever attended before. It's all floor based & basically an hour of stretching. Really stretching!! Not the traditional yoga poses that I was used to. The stretching was very challenging for me m. I would not recommend it for someone new to yoga, with injuries/physical limitations or just someone that is easing back into yoga.
