I have known Jeff & Gretchen for a decade and worked with them the last 3 years on everything from a door replacement to a complete, gut renovation of an oceanfront condo. From design to delivery they knock it out of the park...on budget and on schedule. You can't teach integrity and what matters most are the people behind the logo, Jeff & Gretchen are simply the best, accountable humans and we look forward to our next project together.

We had the most wonderful experience with Paradigm One Contractors.Jeff, Gretchen, and Team are experienced, professional, and will do whatever it takes to get the job done. In just 8 weeks, they completely gutted the inside of our home and then magically turned my dreams into a reality. ? Gretchen, the designer and project manager, made sure all my requests were fulfilled and then some. She had the perfect balance of supporting my ideas but also interjecting when things needed tweaking.
