It was easy to make an appointment online for my hot oil pedicure with Sindy. I didn't have to wait long and was offered a beverage.Sindy was professional, thorough, attentive and personable. First time at Palms and I'll never go anywhere else. It was nice to see a busy spa run well with happy customers throughout. It was also nice to see Katie working there; I had great pedicures from her in the past when she worked at a different place.

I don't normally write google reviews BUT the customer service I experienced at Palms Nail Spa deserves one! Like many other people I recently relocated from Iowa to North Palm Beach. I've been going to the same nail salon in IA for years and always LOVED walking in because (Andy) knew me and called me by my first name. He would also ask about my family, business trip etc. As soon as I walked into Palms Nail Spa I felt at home! Kristy greeted me by my first name and was absolutely wonderful! They also did a wonderful job on my dip and pedicure! Highly recommend Palms Nails Spa! Superior customer service!

Very nice nail salon. Larry did a great job making my nails look great again. Allison did the best job for my pedicure, so relaxing. Going back real soon. Thank you to Christine as well.Services: Foot massages
