“Back in September of 2022 I was referred to Palm Beach Health Center after complaining about my chronic sinusitis that I’ve had my whole life and I’ve never been to a chiropractor before. To make a long story short, my quality of life has greatly improved physically and mentally since that first day walking through the door and haven’t used Flonase or any other nasal spray for a long time. Everyone working at PBHC is encouraging and it’s such a positive environment. Life always has its ups and downs and I’ve had a few since that first day. Palm Beach Health Center has been consistently positive since the beginning always keeping me on life’s positive track and aligned to handle life’s challenges for my active lifestyle. “First time visiting and it won't be the last. Cecilia was so sweet and welcoming. I purchased a microdermabrasion package from Groupon and stopped by today for the first of 3 sessions. The staff was very welcoming. I couldn't stop gushing over the office space. Super cute and cozy. After filling out my check-in questionnaire, Cecilia directed to the room I will be in and provided instructions on how to get ready. She spent about 5 minutes explaining what she will be doing from start to finish, which included a cleansing facial to start off, then the microdermabrasion then another cleanse, mask and serums, vitamin-c and lastly a sunscreen. It was the best facial I've had in a very long time. I frequently get microdermabrasion, and most estheticians would give a cleanse at the beginning, but to get two full facials (start and end) was a wonderful touch. I can't wait for the next session which I've already scheduled in the next 3 weeks. Lovely experience from start to finish. I highly recommend. If by chance you call and no one answers, you can either send an email or text.“

“Dr Rofrano and staff are excellent. I originally went to a dermatologist as I was experiencing Alopecia (I had a bald spot on the crown of my head as well as a patchy beard). This was due to high TSH and Ferritin levels. I was prescribed topical steroids to stop the loss of hair, however I wasn't given a solution to stop the cause of the problem. Through testing, Dr R's "Free Diet" book and supplements I was able to reverse the hair loss, lower my high TSH and Ferritin levels, lower inflammation and help with brain fog. I recommend Dr Rofrano to anyone who wishes to stop the cause of their issues through natural methods rather than masking the issues with prescriptions.“
