“If you are on the fence about joining give it a try.Im a 40 year old male (almost) with no experience in any form of martial arts. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful no matter your skill set.When I leave I feel like Ive had just as good of a mental workout as physical. This is like Chess for the brain and body. It truly takes as much if not more attention to detail as it does physical strength.I have trained for 25+ years and was looking for something new.
