Can't recommend Lizzy enough. Whether you are looking for online yoga, in person yoga, teacher training, or massage, you won't go wrong with her. She has the best energy, is super professional, authentic, just overall amazing.
The classes at Little Ocean are some of the most thoughtful + intentionally structured classes you can find. Every class I take a learn something new about my body, my mind, + my practice.
Lizzy is an incredible person and yoga instructor. She's so knowledgable about human anatomy, never putting students in danger. Her classes are well thought out and so fun. Little Ocean Yoga is a gem!
