Overcharged for services, ask how much the services will be in advance. They charged my 78 yrs mom. $100 for basic color and a short hair blow dry. She pes there regularly but her usual hairdresser was not available. Very sad!

Salon off Bruce b downs in Wesley Chapel is a joke! Waited 35 mins because the stylist: Mila was late (WITH Appointment), told them colors ahead of time and she informs me they don’t have (phone confirmation it was IN STOCK), AND after finding A color I can deal with she sections not even an inch off the bottom. I Tell her my hairs too thick so you won’t see, she admits I’m right and continues to say there’s not enough of the color I chose !! Walked out !! Wasted hour of my life !!
